Students of International Fateh Academy celebrated Children’s Day on Nov15, 2010 with the underprivileged children of the slum area of Jandiala Guru. A cultural programme was presented with an emphasis on child labour and the value of education the Director (Academics) motivated them to persuade their parents for going to school so that they too can read and write like their more privileged counterparts. The vice-chairperson, Mrs. Ravinder Kaur distributed stationery and fruits and inspired their parents to work hard and help lift their wards. She also took a pledge from the little ones that on next Children’s day they would present a programme for International Fateh Academy.
